Terms of use.

1. Your account

The service is operated by Letelier Phillips, based in California, United States. You can email originfolk@gmail.com or use Contact & reports. Accounts are for people aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and permit your use. Membership purchases must be made by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement.

Provide accurate account details, protect your password and recovery codes, and use your own account. Do not sell or share account access. You can correct your display name in your account and request other corrections or account deletion through our contact form.

2. Watching and member extras

We give you permission to view content you are authorized to access for personal, noncommercial enjoyment. A membership provides access to available member content while your access is active. It does not transfer copyright or guarantee that every planned feature or unreleased episode is available.

Artwork explicitly offered for download may be kept for personal use. Do not redistribute episodes, resell artwork, remove rights notices, or bypass access controls, except where applicable law permits your use. Shared profile icon collections are not individually commissioned or exclusive artwork.

The Membership & cancellation terms explain paid access. The free YouTube area is separate and remains subject to YouTube’s own terms and policies.

3. Private rooms and respectful participation

Invite only people who have agreed to receive your invitations. When you create or join a room, invited participants can see your display name, room membership, presence and readiness, selected video, and shared playback state. Each viewer needs their own access to a member episode. Private rooms are for invited viewing; do not use them for unauthorized public screenings or rebroadcasts.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, reveal someone’s private information, submit unlawful or infringing material, or attack the service. Do not share sensitive personal information in a display name, room title, or Q&A question. Report a concern if someone misuses these features. This form is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for an immediate danger.

4. Your submissions

You keep any rights you have in your questions and other original submissions. You permit us to store, display to the intended participants, moderate, and respond to them as needed to operate the feature. Questions go privately to the creator and are not automatically published to other viewers. We will seek permission before publicly attributing your private question to you.

Only submit material you have permission to share. Polls guide creative decisions; they do not guarantee a particular story outcome or an answer to every question. These terms do not restrict lawful, honest reviews or complaints.

5. Copyright and other rights

LOVE PINK content and branding belong to their respective rights holders. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, use the copyright report option. Identify the original work, the exact page or video URL, how the material infringes your rights, and a way to contact you. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.

We review reports and may remove or restrict material or accounts as appropriate. This is our general copyright reporting process.

6. Service changes and account restrictions

Release dates and planned extras may change during production. We will identify unavailable content and post launch or schedule changes in Updates. For material changes to a paid offering, we will give the notice and choices required by applicable law before they affect your payment.

We may restrict access to address misuse, security problems, payment issues, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review through Contact & reports. Any billing and refund rights still apply. No service can promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Your legal rights and updates

Nothing in these terms removes consumer protections, privacy rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights through these terms.

We will update the date on this page when the terms change. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate site or account notice; renewed agreement will be requested where required. Updated terms do not retroactively authorize a new charge or a new use of your private information.
