Membership & cancellation.

What you will receive

Paid membership is for released LOVE PINK website episodes and the member extras described on the membership page. New member releases are included while your membership is active. A weekly schedule, fixed episode runtime, and scheduled extras are not promised. Check the episode library and release calendar for actual availability. Any published icon collections are shared choices, not custom commissions for each member.

YouTube videos are in a separate free area. A membership is not a purchase of YouTube access. Each participant in a member watch room needs their own active access.

Recurring payments

When enrollment opens, the plan will renew automatically each month at $4.99 USD plus any applicable tax unless canceled. Checkout will show the total and payment schedule before you confirm. You must be at least 18, accept the applicable terms, and expressly agree to recurring charges. Creating a free account is not a payment authorization.

Stripe processes payments and supplies billing records. View invoices and manage payment details from Account → Membership & billing. There is no free trial or annual plan advertised by this offer. Any future price change will be disclosed before it takes effect, with any consent required by law.

Cancel future renewals

Open Membership & billing, choose “Manage billing & invoices,” and use the cancellation option in Stripe’s billing portal. Complete the cancellation confirmation and keep the confirmation for your records. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that next charge. Paid access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period shown in your account.

If the portal fails or you cannot access your account, submit a billing or cancellation request. State that you want to cancel and include your account email or invoice reference. Never include card numbers. Signing out, leaving a room, or stopping use of the website does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.

Refunds and payment problems

There is no paid enrollment open now. The refund terms for a paid offer must be finalized and displayed before enrollment opens. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself confirm that a previous payment has been refunded.

For an incorrect or duplicate charge, inaccessible paid content, or a refund request, use Contact & reports and choose Billing / cancellation / refund. Include the invoice reference, charge date, and what happened. Requests will be reviewed against the applicable offer and law. Nothing here limits a refund, withdrawal, or other remedy you are entitled to by law.
