Optional features start off. Essential account and security cookies continue to work. These choices apply to this browser, without creating an account.
Google Analytics shares visit and device information with Google. Advertising personalization is off. You can turn this off at any time.
You can also allow a single YouTube player without remembering permission. Turning permission off removes open players on this site; it cannot undo data already sent to YouTube or erase its own cookies.
Previous launch waitlist
The launch waitlist is closed and the website is open. Previous signups stored an email address, signup time, and agreement version for launch administration. Joining did not create an account, start a membership, or enroll you in a recurring newsletter. No automatic confirmation or launch email was sent.
Existing entries remain private and are managed by Letelier Phillips, with Sites and Cloudflare providing hosting and storage. Records are kept while needed for launch administration, then removed when no longer needed. To request removal, correction, or a copy of your entry, email originfolk@gmail.com from the address you used to join.
Who this notice covers
This notice applies to the LOVE PINK website at lovepink.online, operated by Letelier Phillips in California, United States. Email originfolk@gmail.com or use Contact & reports to ask a privacy question or make a request. External sites have their own policies.
Accounts and security
We store your account ID, display name, email address, account creation date, verification status, and protected sign-in credentials. A secure, essential cookie keeps you logged in for up to seven days. Security records include session expiry, verification challenges, two-factor settings, and temporary abuse-prevention limits. Passwords, recovery codes, backup codes, and session tokens are stored as protected digests; authenticator secrets are encrypted.
The age check happens before signup details are requested. We do not save the exact age you enter. When you create an account, we record the terms version, agreement text, and acceptance time, including the required eligibility and guardian acknowledgment. Self-declared age is not identity verification. Browser storage also remembers a temporary signup block after an ineligible age is entered.
Resend delivers account verification emails and, when you turn on two-step verification, codes to your account email for each login and sensitive account change using the address and verification message needed for delivery. We do not enroll you in marketing email merely because you create an account. Resend privacy policy ↗
Private rooms and member participation
Rooms store their title, host, invited accounts, selected video, playback state, and presence/readiness information. Invited room participants can see your display name and participation, the selected video, and shared playback state. A room host can manage invitations. Other viewers cannot see your account email or sign-in credentials through these features. Presence stops appearing after a short disconnection.
We store your student-card icon, title and favorite character, current poll selections, and questions you submit. Your card is shown in your own member hub. Members can see poll totals and their own selection. The creator can read submitted questions with your display name; they are not automatically posted publicly. Private access approvals and revocations are stored to manage account entitlements.
Viewing statistics
If you opt in to anonymous aggregate viewing statistics, we count page views, video starts and completions, membership-link clicks, and clicks to YouTube. Totals are grouped by day, site area, video, and broad visitor source. They do not contain account IDs, emails, private room IDs, full referral URLs, or persistent visitor identifiers. These are event totals, not unique viewer counts.
These first-party statistics use no analytics cookies. Optional statistics start off and stop when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Your preference is stored only in this browser. Aggregate totals already collected cannot be separated into an individual viewer’s history.
Google Analytics
With your separate permission in Privacy choices, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public pages. Google receives visit and device information, including page activity, browser information, and the network information needed to receive requests. Analytics cookies recognize repeat visits. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our tag.
Google Analytics stays unloaded until you opt in. Account, sign-in, support, and private-room pages are excluded. We do not send account identifiers or custom member-video events to Google Analytics. Our page configuration omits query strings and fragments and reduces referral URLs to their origin.
You can withdraw permission above. This stops collection and removes the Analytics cookies set by this integration in this browser; it does not erase information already received by Google. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also keep Google Analytics off. Google privacy policy ↗
YouTube and external services
YouTube players and their player scripts stay unloaded until you allow them. You can permit one player or remember permission in Privacy choices. Once allowed, Google / YouTube receives connection and device information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or other technologies under its own policies. Privacy-enhanced embedding does not mean no information is sent.
YouTube thumbnail artwork may still load from Google / YouTube when you browse the free collection or a video picker. Those image requests expose ordinary connection information even before you allow a player. Links that take you to YouTube also leave this site. YouTube may collect activity across its own and other participating services. Google privacy policy ↗
Membership billing
Membership sales are currently closed. When checkout is available, Stripe handles payment details, subscriptions, and invoices. LOVE PINK stores customer and subscription references linked to your account, status, confirmed paid access periods, and payment-processing records needed to reconcile charges, refunds, or disputes. Your card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by LOVE PINK.
We record affirmative recurring-payment agreement with its version, wording, account and time. We use billing records to deliver access, prevent duplicate payments, resolve problems, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Stripe privacy policy ↗
Support and legal requests
We store the category, message, time, status, and creator’s response for requests sent through Contact & reports. If signed in, your account is linked to the request. You may provide account or contact details needed to investigate. The creator can review these records, and anyone holding the private receipt link can read that request and response. We store a protected digest of the receipt token, not the token itself.
No automatic email is sent for requests submitted through the website form. Save the private receipt link and use it to check for replies. Please avoid sending passwords, recovery codes, card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
If you email originfolk@gmail.com directly, we receive and use your email address, message, and any attachments to investigate and reply. These messages are handled in Gmail and are separate from the website receipt system. Google processes the email under its privacy policy.
Why information is used and shared
We use information to provide requested features, secure the service, handle membership payments, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Our hosting and storage providers, including the Sites platform and Cloudflare, process website traffic and stored information to deliver and protect the service. Network services necessarily receive IP addresses, request metadata, and device information; operational logs may contain this information even when optional analytics is off.
Our site does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. We do not send identifiable video-viewing histories to advertising services. Information may be disclosed to service providers for the purposes above, when legally required, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect legal rights. Providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable arrangements.
Retention and your requests
Account, membership, and participation records are kept while needed to provide the service. Verification codes and sessions have expiry times; expired or used security records are removed as the relevant security flows run. Support, transaction, consent, and security records may need to be retained after account closure for applicable legal obligations, disputes, or abuse prevention. We do not promise that closing an account instantly removes every record or provider backup.
You can change your display name in your account, edit member-card choices in the hub, revoke sessions in Account security, and change optional browser preferences above. Use Contact & reports → Privacy / account deletion to request access, correction, deletion, or information about other rights that apply where you live. We may verify your identity or authority before acting and explain any lawful limits. You can make a request without buying a membership.
A deletion request does not itself cancel a recurring payment. Use Membership & billing to cancel renewals, or explicitly include cancellation in your request. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw an applicable consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. We will assess requests under applicable law.
Children and changes to this notice
The service is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not offer accounts to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can use the Safety / underage account report without creating an account. We will review the report and take appropriate action.
We update the date on this notice when it changes. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate site or account notice. Where a new use requires permission, an updated notice alone does not supply that permission.
